Everybody loves the skinny white boy!

My name is Gringo and I love to have fun wherever I go. My favorite things to do are running around like crazy, canine agility, and chasing the 2 cats that live with the momma and me. I know that my blog is not very focused, which, supposedly is not a good thing, but I have ADHD, what do you expect? Writing the blog is fun and I can talk about nearly anything I want.

If you've been here before you'll notice a few changes.

• Ok, well, here's the story. We decided to switch the blog from WordPress to Joomla.
  • The momma's other websites are Joomla with awesome YOOtheme templates
  • YOOtheme just released the Joomla extension, ZOO 2.0, which the momma LOVES
  • Two unauthorized websites, beemp3 and tagoo, were "hotlinking" to a few of our songs to be downloaded via their website! Technical support thought that this extra activity was causing our website to frequently show errors and shut down periodically. There is a way to prevent this using "htaccess", but the momma and I were confused as to how to do this on a wordpress based site. So now we're just deleting the old files.
  • Numerous hotlinks to various images
• Some of the dates have changed. We started randomly assigning dates to the posts, but then realized that some of them were meant to occur on a certain date. Then we started assigning the original dates to the posts. And we were too lazy to go back and fix the dates of the ones we already switched (it takes time, you know!)
• There's a new audio player so you can hear what we were listening to while writing the post. Maybe we'll reveal the name of the song...or not...it's up to us!  Try to steal our songs now beemp3 and tagoo!
